Espirito Dourado is a project for peace, healing and freedom on our planet.

Our basic values

Espirito Dourado is a project for peace, healing and freedom on our planet.

Our basic values

Responsible participation

Everyone who takes part in the project acts on their own responsibility. It means taking responsibility for one’s own words, decisions and actions and their consequences. It includes both active behaviour and refraining from action. Responsible participation includes active involvement in shaping one’s own life and active, benevolent participation in shaping the community.

Truth and transparency

Everyone who takes part in the project lives truthfully and holds nothing back consciously. Living the truth forms a reliable basis for working together in the group and strengthens trust in one another. It makes us people authentic and emphatic. For us, transparency means that information is clear, understandable and accessible to everyone involved. It includes openness and honesty and makes it possible to understand actions and decisions.

Mutual support

We help, strengthen and support each other in both good and difficult times. We celebrate successes together, but also face challenges together and encourage each other in difficult times. Mutual support means not only practical help in realising everyday tasks, but also honesty in our dealings with each other. This behaviour distinguishes each individual both in their personal relationships and in the group.

Respect and reliability

Respect is a fundamental attitude that is expressed through recognition, appreciation and respect for other people and nature. And so, at Espirito Dourado, we show consideration for each other, appreciate and respect each other. Members of the community do what they say and say what they do. This behaviour creates a basis on which we can rely on each other.

Willingness for self-reflection and change

The promising exploration of human behaviour in a community presupposes that each individual is prepared for self-knowledge and self-reflection. It is a willingness to become what we want to see in the world. The aim of the project is therefore not only to explore, but also to implement the knowledge gained directly in the community in everyday life.
